4150XXK blinking green power light??

Hey guys, installed my Arc Audio 4150XXK today to power my components up front (rear channels in the amp are bad, but front worked fine when I tested it a few days ago) and the power LED is blinking green..it'll come on for about two seconds, speakers will play about half a second of whatever is playing then it will cut off again and repeat the process..so the only audio I get is a short blip of the music every few seconds. The light is never green, it's kinda flashing like it's not getting enough power..

Ground is good, power is good..13.xx at 12v/remote at the amp, 13.xx at the remote wire of the deck (Alpine 9855)..

Any ideas???

It randomly came on with a solid green and the RSD's sounded great..I restarted the car to make sure it was working alright and it's back to doing the same thing again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Nevermind -- I now know what the dude experienced when I sold him the amp in (what I thought was working condition) a year and a half ago..weird that this is the first time it's happened to me.
