My question is if i have a 700 rms speaker and a 400 rms speaker hooked up to a 1200 rms amp will the 700w speaker draw more power than the 400w or will they both get 600w rms? kole audio kx1 2000d pioneer 307d4 and audiobahn aw1200v

im running two different subs because i blew a pioneer and the audibahn was lying around.. why would either of you waste your time replying if your not gunna even try answering the question..

you should not run 2 differ subs together and they are built to differ specs and will cancel eachother out. this is from what i have heard cause i have not even thought about trying 2 differ subs together. just run the 700 watt sub

they dont cancel each other out i promise you.. either sub by itself sounds like half of what both of them sounds like.. or atleast shakes half as much shit..

are they both the same size? well if its louder and it sounds fine to you then do it. just be careful since one uses less lattage than the other. power will be split equally between the 2 subs

okay that was what i was wondering.. no the audiobahn is acutally slightly bigger but they're both supposed to be 12inch. they're in a sealed box with separate chambers. so if they're both getting 600rms i need to make sure i keep the power clean the pioneer is only rated for 400rms and when i blew the other pioneer i took them both out of the box and both chambers were filled with smoke
