1 layer Dub-Tack on entire loor and fire wall

1 layer 3/8" closed cell foam on top of Dub-Tack (25 ft)

150 sq ft carpet padding in every hole and crack in the truck

Man, you won't be able to hear anything on the outside of that car when your done. If there are any rattles in that thing when your done i would be very surprised.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

if we ever get hit with a bio attack im going to hide in your car man!!!! it would prob. survive a nuke.!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Ant you da man, you did all that in only 40hours?

your going to have a wierd feeling in that truck after your done. ABSOLUTE silence. its weird.

when I moved out of my parents house my dad made my old room a sound studio. He put sound deadening material all over all of the walls. then sound absorbing foam made for sound studios all over the walls so he could liston to his Wilson Audio system in complete silence. its weird to talk in that room,(no eccos) and you hear your ears ringing slightly because of the quietness.

For those of you that dont know, Any (ifandorbuts) makes and sells the finest most valued sound deadening matierals out there..

See my personal review in the general audio section.

umm yes he does make the stuff......and probably does most of the distributing himself....however he does have a few authorized distributers.......anyways......peace

Thanks for the kind words guys!

The Closed sell foam I used is made designed for use in recording studios. I have recently become a distributor for this type of foam, and get it for fairly inexpensive!

I dont actually make the material my self. I have a company make it for me. they make it to my specifications, (tensile strength, elongation, heat tollerance etc...)

Althoguh I just sealed a deal on a new open celled foam that should prove to be extremely efficialnt for the price.

hood liner will be ready next week, and I will need 2 volunteers to test it out, and write up reviews. check a seperate thread for that one

As always, you can email me if you have any questions or concerns
