40 gigs of music, hard drive mamagement questiion.

how do you manage all your music? external hard drive or burn it all to dvd rw? or something else i never heard of?

get a bigger HD or an external.

back up the important files to dvdr

i have a 250 gig HD just for mp3's over 1/2 way full

to much burning for dvds..

external would work but would be a lot slower when going through music

hard drives are very cheap now a days

hmm? im not computer literate, so putting a bigger hard drive in my macbook is not an option.

40 gigs on a dvd rw so 10 disks is.....a lot

yes it is a lot of shuffling through dvds and then you cant add on to them...

best choice is to get an external hard drive seems like it.

or a 60 gig ipod?(expensive =)

A new internal HDD is your best bet if you're just carrying around your laptop for everyday use.
