I am planning on purchasing a 40.1 for my wall of two 18" BTLs, and I was wondering if anyone knew how much power it put out at .7 ohms and how much it put out at .175 (if it will do that for burps)? I know they're not as widespread as 20.1's, but maybe someone could give me some answers.

Kenny if I were you i would slow down a little. I mean your 16 and already taking out loans for car audio....i would hate to see what your like at 20.

i dont think anyone could give hard numbers @ .175 or @.7 since it depends on your set-up but if you wanna do the math the power output of the 40.1 is twice as much as a 20.1 (rated power)

being 16 and taking loans out could bite you in the *** later on in life. 4 out of 5 16 y/o kids dont even have cars yet. if i had that money at that age id be saving up to move the **** out the 'rents house, saving for newer car, investing even.

Not a real loan from the bank, and it was a loan from my mom. Not too much of a loan, and I have a job and backup plan in case anything went wrong. While I appreciate the advice guys, I'm not in any way stuck with money problems.

In that case......screw 2 btl's, go with 4 btl 18's and 2 ia40.1's. Now that would be one bad *** setup.

i took out a 5k dollar loan for my airbags and system, neither are finished yet but ive got most of the equipment...its the only payment i have(car was bought cash) and im only paying like 270 something in interest total over a 1 year period, and at 18 im building good credit already lol

I'm going to own the Street Max 1-2 class if everything goes right. The only thing I don't fully understand is how I can only have one battery and burp WITHOUT the car on... wouldn't the battery drain instantly? I'm still a n00b compared to most.

Robin wants my 20.1 badly... and another 20.1 would do me almost as good as the 40.1 would... I think it was posted they'll do almost 3times as much as the 20.1.
