4 TC9's enough air space

[dalucifer 10+ year member]

I am planning on putting 4 TC9 12's in my car, and i need to know if 10.3cu^ft tuned to about 33 hz. The amp i going to use is the hifonics XX-Cyclops (4000 rms)

Is this enough air space for 4 drivers or will this be a bit to big? Thanks for all the input
