Sold 4-stroker 15's DFW, TX

i am once again putting up my strokers for sale. i put them on ebay, and got to deal with a deadbeat for my troubles. so, now i just want them gone. i would like someone to buy these locally, as i don't want to ship them.

i'm looking for $300 for all 4, or interesting trades(cheap flip out dvd player, kicker KX 4 channel) they go as a set only.

now details. they are in need of recones. these can be ordered from cerwin-vega in a 2 ohm or 4 ohm configuration. these are the single voice coil models(4 ohm), rated at 1200 rms.

it would be nice to see these put to good use, i don't have the time or space at the present time to make good use of them.

i am located just south of Ft. Worth, Tx.

can you put a dual coil in them?? might be interseted if you want to trade for dd 9512's for them and ship and how much were the recone's

i don't know if you can recone to dual coil, you can e-mail c-v's tech dept. and they can tell you. i would rather not ship them as i have seen too many bad things happen to subs that are shipped here lately. not to mention shipping is kinda pricey.

sorry, don't need more subs at the present time. i'm looking for a flip out dvd, a Kicker KX series 4 channel amp, or a couple sets of 5.25 components.

I don't see anything happening to the stroker's in shipping. the basket is well made and sturdy. i shipped one to cali from colorado in factory box via usps for $25. let me see if my cousin is local to you.and see if i can sell of my woofer's right quick. how much were the cone kit's?

to answer your questions nicely...they go as a full set of 4 only. and i would rather not ship them.

as for the recones, i got an e-mail from c-v that said $105, i've heard of prices of $145 also. at any rate it is still a good deal considering these subs cost over $1000 each when they came out.

if anyone that lives on I-35 between waco and austin wants these things and can wait a couple weeks I might be able to help out with delivery; I go to school in waco, and take trips home (ft worth) and austin (to visit my brother) every couple weeks - if i can help out just let me know

hey just an FYI I just sold 7 18" strokers with rebuild kits for each woofer for $125 each plus shipping, sucks I know, you would think I could of sold them for more but no go, hopefully you can sell these, someone who is into dB's would be interested in these.
