4 speakers at 2 ohms or 8 speakers at 4ohms

I am in the process of starting a new setup for mids and Highs in my 07 jeep. But I’m not sure which design should I go with. I’m looking for quality over loudness but don’t want the volume so low that my subs totally drown them out.

I was thinking of one of these two setups.

4 6.5 speakers, 100 rms @ 2 ohms

Or

8 6.5 speakers , 50 rms @4 ohms

Any suggestions?
