4 RE Audio Subs & AMP Configuration

I have a 92 Buick Park Ave and I am turning it into a "bass / show car on a budget" I have pretty much decided on what equipment I want to put in it. I plan on putting 4 RE Audio SEX12D4 subs with rockford fosgate amps. I am not quite sure what would be the best way to go about getting the amps. The subs are Dual 4 olm voice coils, Should I put 8 Fosgate 300w RMS amps powering each voice coil or 2 1200w RMS Fosgate amps Powering 2 wired down subs at a time? I have the trunk space for both.

I don't know if this is the right place to be putting this question either

Any help would be great!

I decided that I am going to use 2 Kicker ZX 1500.1 amps. One mounted on a custom amp rack on each side of the trunk. The subs will be built in a cutsom box that is ported into the cabin of the car. I haven't Decided if it will be on the rear deck or through the back seat.
