My amp cuts off at high volume so I wanna try this old Rockford I have. Its for the interiors.2 infinity perfect fronts and alpines rear... my question is this amp is 35 rms x 4 @ 4ohms and 75 x4@ 2 ohms. My speakers are 4 ohms how do I wire them to 2Ohm and check everything before I power up with a digital meter

So If I use 2 channels will I get 75 w to each speaker?
Yes, but you will loose your fade of rear, and front, depending on which terminals you use.You can add a tweeter/4ohm up front to drop the front to a 2ohm load,or add another 4 ohm speaker, and leave the rear @4ohms,is generally what I do,..Run 2ohms up front,or 1ohm, and leave the rear @4ohms

What if I put rears on one rear channel and fronts on one front channel ? Will I get 75 to each speaker with the fade working

REALLY??Be unbalanced from left to right in the front and rear then.Add another speaker @4ohms on each channel,or get you a more powerful amp, about all you can do
