4 l7 10's vs. 2 L7 12's which would b the best?

Which setup would b louder??? I will have the mtx 1501d on the 2 l7 12's or the bxi2006 or the optidrive 2000d on the 4 10's? which would hit harder? I heard the more cone area means more pressure. so in this senareo, the 10's would b louder????
