4 ga. ofc or 1/0 ga. cca?

Twisted sounds 1.3kw @ 1ohm. I'm probably going to go bigger in the future though and I was thinking I could use the 4 gauge for an amp for mids/highs

 
So there is nothing to protect the amp? It doesn't even get warm to the touch after an hour
That's good but if your trying to protect the amp. Then you need another fuse next to it. The one by the battery is for the wire. And it's to far away from the amp to protect it

 
All the wire was ran professionally but I put in a different amp. I just figured I wasn't getting in full potential from it but I'm glad you told me about the fuse
