I have an awesome PPI 400 Art Series amp that puts out 4 x 50 at 4 ohms. However, I want something that puts out 4 x 75 or preferably 4 x 100 or more at 4 ohms. I am running CDT CL 52 components that can handle 150 RMS.

I would prefer old school AB amps and if it's not gigantic that would be a plus.

Open to price.

Given that most old school amps were rated at 12v and usually severely underrated anyway... something that's rated for 100x4 is going to be hyoooooj.
And you'd probably never notice the difference between 50w and 75w.
You are absolutely correct. I currently have a US AMPS 4 x 100 amp (also rated at 12v) on there but I really want to use the PPI 400 Art Series I have proudly sitting on my shelf. It's only half the power at 4 x 50 so I was concerned about it. Heck I guess I could just try it and see. I like having a more powerful amp for headroom.
