4 channel amp recommendation

I was wondering if anyone had any good recommedations for a decent 4 channel amp. My budget is around $250 and I'm looking more for sound quality than just loudness. I blew out the internal amp on my HU so I'll be using the amp to power my front and rear speakers and not a sub. In the front I have a set of CDT EF-61s and in the rear some JBL T595s. The specs on all the speakers say they can handle over 100 watts RMS, but I've never had anything that can push them that high yet so I don't know how accurate that is. I have a friend that can get me a Memphis amp for $230 that he says is 60x4 so I am also curious as to what you guys think of that brand. I am no expert but I have heard these get good ratings and being a referb it should be better than new b/c they test everything on it... not just that it powers up. Price break is nice also.

Its a solid amp, does more than its rated power. Ive yet to hear of one complaint about it.
