4 Channel Amp - headroom??

Okay im about to buy a decent system .. I was told us acoustics amps are good for the money so im looking at the USX2080 to power cdts CL-61a or i might go ahead and try a different set like the CDTS HD-62CF .. i want a good 4 channel amp because i dont know if i will like just 1 set up front..so id rather have it then not..

USX4065 - more headroom

im doing all my shopping at thezeb so if theres another 4 channel amp to power Either of those CDTs and my 6x9s then let me know.
