4 channel amp 5 speakers?

yes you can. run all 4 speakers off the front channels (both left speakers to front left , and both right speakers to front right) and the sub bridged on the rear.
I will add that you will lose your fade function and I'd check the amp specs to be sure the amp can run run each channel on a 2ohm load(which is most likely what it will be seeing). Also be sure you hook the sub up to 4 ohms, if at all possible.

Run the fronts with channels 1 and 2, run the sub with channels 3 and 4 bridged. Ditch the rear speakers altogether. My two cents.
I see everyone saying ditch your rears but I much rather leave them, my mpyres in those foam baffles that have been coated in plasti dip rock , it only gets better Im thinking when I get the opportunity to adjust the time alignment and such but for now eh. Am I totally missin someththing or do award winning sq systems only run active fronts ?

Most do. and you can forget time alignment if you run all 4 off the front channels.

So let me get this straight.

run the fronts off channle 1 2

run the rears from the hu (If i want)

bridge 3 4 channel to the sub.

Sounds simple enough

That'd be the best plan of action IMO. Do you know the voice coil configuration of your sub(i.e. Single 4 ohm, dual 4 ohm, dual 2 ohm)? I don't expect you to have any issues running the front speakers on channel 1&2 but the amp is most likely only stable at 4 ohms when bridged so you'll need to be sure not to go any lower than that. A model number of the amp and you sub would be helpful in determining how to wire it.

Blaupunkt EMa460 is the amp

Bazooka bt8014 8" 4 ohm

Polk Components DXi6500 Doors

Factory Rears

Nothing To out tthere but should sound decent.

Dirt cheap too!

After all is said and done is it possable to add a i pod adapter to it?

That equipment should work out. Hook up the fronts as you normally would and the sub is single 4 ohm, so no special wiring there either, just bridge the rears and you're set. Ipod adapters are normally done at the HU, you could technically use one of these and hook and ipod straight into the amp:

But if you want to control your ipod through the HU or even have it charge via USB, you'll need to adapt something at the HU.

IF the amp can run mixed stereo/mono you can run the sub bridged off the rear channels set the amp to full range, but you will need a passive choke crossover for the sub and passive crossovers for the rear speakers.

The sub passive choke looks like a spool of coated copper wire that runs off the positive lead of the amp to the positive wire to the subwoofer, there are chokes that use both positive and negitive leads just google subwoofer passive choke crossover.

Or you can just do what others have said and just ditch the rear speakers and run the sub alone bridged on the rear channels.
