You need to check with whatever organization you plan on competing with. But I would rip the glass out and weld in some metal and sound deaden or just sound deaden over the glass, either way. This will become a constant problem no doubt, good luck.....

This is just daily driver man never ran one time on a meter ever before ha. I plan on getting 3 more D9's so yea that back window is gonna be a problem. I plan to have a one piece back window put back there and sealed up really good so hopefully no flexing no noise and no leaking

yea I do thats where the water is comming in at from the roof. Its hard to tell exactly where. I need someone to run a water hose from the roof and i can get inside and see where at and seal it up. I figure silicone is the best and only way to seal it up the best

So if this is a daily driver I would pull the back glass. Weld in new metal, then use some spectrum sludge to top it off. Once you get it sealed off for good, this bitch will be nasty.....

I would just shave the 3rd brake light all together,its easy and doesnt require much work if you know someone with a welder.

Yep well today it rained and was fine, well that was until i played some white girl and it was like a waterfall and it wouldnt stop leaking even after turning the music off i think today it finally broke the back window seal all the way

Thanks, I just sealed up the back window today, gonna wait a few days for it to harden and take bond and see if it holds up and keeps the water out. Then its time to start deadening and then the front stage. Its a hard decesion on which one to do first
