These subs are used? I have to ask because you said you never had the car to put them it, but yet you seem to think they need a recone, without use why would they need a recone? How would 1 for sure need a recone if you didnt use them?

well dear friend i test all subs when i buy them im not a total dummy and i check all the coils to power when i tested one of the subs one of the coils didnt move when i touched it to power so im thinking a recone )

That kinda makes no sense, but ok dude if you say so. If that was the case then they should have been shipped back when you got them "since you checked them and all" to be replaced right away.
