I love when people bash it in person before they hear it. Never had anyone leave the truck still saying "155 is not that loud".
hahahacareful on this site.
we have members that will judge your setup based on flex. luckily you posted up numbers, so there is no room for them to bash based on flex.
unfortunately its true //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gifhahaha
Any idea how much total power you ran to the MTs vs. BTLs?BTL's are slightly less on the meter, but they have a stronger low end and sound louder just listening to music on them.
Like I said, it is not really a fair comparison on the meter, since I changed amps too. I was running each MT on a strapped pair of MD3D's with DVC 1.4 coils in parallel.
Each BTL is 2 ohm DVC with the coils in parallel running on a single IA 40.1.
I will be strapping the 40.1's on a 1/2 ohm load in the near future to get a peak output number, but like already stated, I am very happy with a 155+ dB system that is not strained and can play that way for extended periods of time. . .
