Arc Audio KAR's, Great woofers. acaraudio.com has them for $99 a peice. They slam for the wattage they need. Sound great sealed or ported. Small cuft needed. Great Woofer. Had two in my blazer a couple of years ago in a sealed box. Had them running off a Kenwood Amp putting about 600 wrms between the two. Knocked rust off of my tailgate. Would buy them again.

Save a lot of money and go with kicker cvr's. You can get them for about 60.00 a piece on ebay

Yeah the CVR's would get pretty loud. Especially 4 of them. They're decently cheap too. You could get 4 of them off ebay and stay under your budget
