K so since i've been tooling around in my blazer a little bit recently, I've got the notion to put subs back in it cause it already screams in the high-end.
I got 4 10w0's i can throw in it, and the quick and easy way would be to just seal them and be done, but my car has the 3 10W6v2's in it, so i'm feeling that would be less than satisfying.
So i think i'd like to undertake a ported box for the 4.
I want all of the subs and the port(s) back firing, and i think i have to do a sort of 2x2 configuration because i don't think i have the room to do the 4 inline.
Problem is I've never really done ported boxes for more than one speaker, and always used factory specs. Adding subs is a little bit unknown territory for me.
If it must be ONE port, i was thinking it should be at the bottom of the box (horizontal). I'd rather 2 ports on either side vertical, if thats doable.
So what would you do, and how do you do the math for tuning the port and junk?
