4/0 Power Wire

If you are really worried about getting enough power you should have just gone for 2x 1/0 for ground and 2x 1/0 for power.

welding wire rocks. think about it its meant to be dragged around and beat on all day then rolled up tossed on a truck sit in the sun unrolled beat on again day after day. car audio wire could never handle that. Most car audio wire these days is CCA or just AL so it has to be super thick to handle the same current. some retarded people think thicker=better and that is just not true when its different material.

I went 4/0 and am going to replace my 0 with it this week. Its definitely not as bad or inflexible as people make it out to be. The only thing is I didnt want to pay 20 for a cheapy fuse holder. I made my own that can EASILY handle high current.
And Also if you had searched, there is a guy on here selling it for cheap too.
Rockford Fosgate makes one that can hold 2/0 wire which should fit 4/0 welding wire. It easily fits my 2/0 welding wire. Only thing is It's heavy as hell.If you were using it up front you would need to secure it to something solid. I would have got the 2/0 welding cable and did 2 runs of that. It will fit 1/0 ring terminals and fuse holders without issue.

i would of went with knukonceptz
Knukonceptz 0 gauge wire is more expensive than Monster.

Where are you looking at wire? Any respectable wire, even the cheap 4 gauge kit I got at a pawn shop for 35 bucks is OFC. And any decent car audio wire has a PVC jacket which is more resilient than welding wire for sitting in your engine bay.

I have 1/0 Monster and that won't fit 1/0 ring terminals and fuse holders very well, which is why I said it would work about as good as 2/0 welding wire.

I remember you suggested that to me a while back. They were out of my price range since I planned on using 5. Those definitely wouldve worked tho.

Look for my version in my build log..
