4/0 big 3, power and ground made

not a waste of money when its free, y should i buy smaller wire when i have all this already? as for time doin it anyways. so your sayin the big 3 is a waste of time?
When the hell did I say it was a waste of time? I simply stated that anything larger than 1/0 is not going to be worth it.

First, the Big-3 wires are not long enough to have voltage drops. Second, the only way you will see a difference is if you're running a 350+ amp alternator.
He's also only running an Orion 2500D. Max draw of 277A at 100% load, 75% efficiency, and 12v.
Drawing 277 amps on 5 feet total of 1/0 you lose ~.136v, on 4/0 you lose ~.068v.

Idk about you but if I'm running a nice expensive amp drawing that much current, I'd rather have my extra .07 volts

lmfao. If you notice that .07 volts, I'll give you my entire Jeep. I'll even pay sales tax.

when you add on the other .1 here and .1 there and .05 there and .15 there...it all adds up to improved voltage...

If he's sitting at 14+ easily already...yea it doesn't matter, but if he's already down in the 12's or 13's...and its not like we're talking about spending an extra couple hundred bucks here...
