Yep, still unibody. They do have a new frame as of 2005 (no longer a '78 Fairlane), but unibody nonetheless. It makes for shitty grounds. One great thing is it is by far the easiest car I have ever ran wires in. I actually increased 1.5v by running 1/0 from the trunk mounted distribution block to the battery. It was frustrating as hell at first.

 
hardest car I have ever ran wires in. Grommet's are behind the wheel well cover so it was a pain in the ***.
That was a 5 minute deal, but I knew it ahead of time. My Sport Trac has no accessible factory grommets. It's a ***** for wiring.
