Get 2 or 1/0 awg wire and 150 is fine.

You could probably get away with 150 on 4 awg, but I would go larger.

i used to run 50 to 60 amp fuses when i had a bx1206D. i would say 80 to 100amp would be fine. you might want to use 1/0 instead of 4awg if your looking at a run that is 20'+. and do the big 3 up front of course
