that is a OUTPUT to hook into a tv.

trust me.

You can't hook it into the laptop prob.

Cause the Video ports on laptops are Outputs.

I have mine running HDMI to DVI on my Monitor.

then assuming you do not have a 1st Gen xbox, you can get a hdmi-dvi cable from best buy.

Ideally you would want one with HDCP DVI and something under 5ms response.
