32 ohm load question

Hey, so I'm looking at purchasing these MB Quart 6 1/2's for my dodge dakota.

My problem is that these are not your typical 2/4/8 ohm speakers. They are 32 ohms! They are rated for 75watts RMS. My 4 channel amp is rated at 4x200watts RMS at 4ohms. My question is first with such high resistance will my amp go into protection mode? And second if my math is correct (which it's probably not) will the amp only provide 25watts RMS at 32ohms? I really want these speakers to work because they are the highest quality in my price range. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Nate

Does that mean it has multiple voice coils in series to equal 4 ohm?

series wiring would double impedance. that has to be a typo..

Aha most likely I was kinda baffled by that. But thanks anyways everyone. I guess these are going to work just fine then. That makes me feel retarded lol and sorry parallel wiring is what I meant to say //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

I Look forward to trolling around here and reading up on your wisdom ha
