Sleep is getting a little better. Went from every couple hours to about 5 and now at 6 or sometimes 7 hours with out having to get up. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Of course the last 2 weeks she has been sick, so I am back down to every couple hours. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Umm I didn't just name her that because of my heritage even though I am proud of it, just that we also happen to think the name is pretty and we like to be different. None of her kids have normal names which I like.

Ellysa, Annalise and Ireland. All are different and I like them all myself. Like I said not everyone will like it, but thanks for your opinion.

Well this is my first child, but I am going to adopt her two kids. So I have 3 really and do consider them to be mine.

But being this is my first the best tip I can give you is to be there for your woman. They need to be loved more than before. I did all the cleaning in the house and cooking and when she needed something I went and got it. Just be there for her in this trying time.

When the baby is born, just make sure you are patient. They do a lot of crying, well most do and certainly mine, lol! I have found myself getting very frustrated to the point I had to call my mom up to have her watch the baby because she would'nt stop fussing and I tried everything in the book. Sometimes they just need a mothers love. That and sometimes you need a moment to yourself. Besides that make sure you read up on formulas unless she breast feeds cause they can be picky with a baby's stomach. I suggest Nestle Good Start if she goes on formula.

Try and make sure your wife gets a baby shower of some sort. You will get all kinds of goody's and if it wasn't for our shower, we would be struggling right now. It is expensive having a baby and not gonna lie, we get WIC to help out with the baby and it has saved us a lot of money. Might want to try and check into that unless you make too much. Good thing for me I don't make that much and we have more than two kids, lol!

Thanks again for the kind words. She is now a little over 5 months old now and like I said, she is giving me a run for my money.

Is a lot of fun most of the times, but won't lie can be quite frustrating at times. All that goes away when they smile though. I have a huge pic of Icteebone blown up and when she cries I show her that and she starts laughing and I swear she says WHATA RETARD! True story!
