this is one from woot.com refurb but has a year warranty. the one i will be selling is brown in color. loaded with 5-6 GB of metal. can have pics up soon. just sold an ipod on here as well. just looking to get my money back which is 90 shipped.

it will play for sure, and like i said it comes with a 1 year warranty. not exactly sure if it would transfer over but i would be more than willing to help out if anything went wrong within the warraty period. not looking for any trades though.

I don't expect to have any problems. I'm just wondering if it is compatible with the "Plays For Sure" format. I need one of those to store music from my Ruckus account.
