thanks for telln me how to do that and like i said im not mad thats a great deal for a good amp. I just feel like an @$$ cause until about 15 min. ago I thought there was a me gusta edition amp. Also it has come to my attn. these amps are power hungry so I may be looking for another amp soon, and put this in my wifes car. Again I cant wait till it gets here I have 2 of the batcap2000s from here on the way a power bastard 220 alt on the way a rf 1/0 amp kit on the way, and this week end I am doing a 1/0 big 3 so I have a busy week ahead of me!

it isnt power hungry it just isnt a 2k amp its very close to 3k from my understanding

So its not that simple if you look here Rockford Fosgate® - T2500-1bdCP you will see the efficiency of the newer model at 1 ohm is 64.5 % so 2500 watts at 14.4v wouyld take 267 amps but an amp that is 80% efficient would only use 217 amps at 14.4v. Thats the newer model specs and I guess the older ones are less efficient. being that I am going to be competing and will have to put a 80a fuse 18" from the amp this is not the best amp for my setup. None the less I got a good amp for a steal I just have to find another one to get the most out of my 80a fuse. This was just something I over looked cause I had $ in hand and wanted amp in hand but I will do my homework better next time.
