I am in the market for a new sub / subs. i am most interested in doing a single ported 15". i have about 900wrms to work with. i am open to a dual 12" setup but i only want to use ~ 4 cu. ft. i am mostly interested in performing well in the 25-40hz range.. my budget is about $300.. i was leaning towards a single RE SX 15" in a ~4 cu. ft. ported but if anyone thinks there are two 12's that can be had for the same price that can beat this in the low hz. or a better 15' in the same range, i would love to have some input. thanks!

what is lms technology and what are some subs that use it? im guessing they are out of my budget anyways... how much are you asking for your tc? what size is it?

First I have seen of these. They say 600wrms conservatively, so would they take 750wrms in a sealed enclosure?

How do they compare to Daytons - just about the same price?

Like the stitched surround and xmax.

Yeah they will take 750 no problem from what I have seen. Only got to play with mine for a few songs before my amp poofed. I have an OA 15 in 3.2 @ 30hz box and it got LOW and sounded great! Very nice woofers for the price!

Watched a few vids and I may have to give these a shot. Looks to be the best bang for the buck. Also like D2 option - perfect for a smaller mono amp or 2.

Any cons I am missing?

To OP - looks like ya could go with 2 15's in the 4 cuft sealed if space is an issue. Or as suggested - 2 12's ported in the 4 cuft. Not sure which would perform better in the 25-40hz range. 900w may not push 2 of them to their full potential.
