I see you're in the D too... if you don't already have the vinyl, then go too Allender's on Livernois just north of 8-mile. They have all types of fabric from carpet to real leather, hella cheap too. its 9.99 at joann fabric and my GF can get it 50% off lmoa but i like how you carpeted the sides i might try that. i know another fabric store that sell everything called fabric warehouse everthing was 2.99 a yard larg selection just take a while to find what u want they have stores in Romulus and on the east side

Man... I'm not that comfortable to be doing it for anyone yet, lol! Plus... I barely had time to do mine! I have two small kids and work 60+ hours per week. But... I'll definitely come through and help get u started when your ready. it's gonna take a little trial and error, but since you get such a good deal on the fabric, you should be cool. Lemme know when you're ready!
