i have had good luck feeding subs at rms or a little below...anyway i dont got the money for the power of 700w per sub..thats 2100w rms...thats like a RF T30001bd...i want a RF t20001bd to power these DD subs...that amp does 1500w rms @ 2 ohm

DD has some new M1's coming out soon and M2's. You could strap a pair of M1's together for about 2.5kw rms capabilitiy for the low low, like frog pVssy low.....or you can get a Z1 for the high high, like giraffe pVssy! A pair of SS1's strapped would do quite well also. Those are some pissed off amps for their size.
