3 Days Smoke Free

Okay so today is my third full day without a cigarette. I've been smoking over half a pack a day for almost a year, and decided to quit.

Smoked a joint last night, but thats the closest I have come to a cigarette in 3 days

I've recently quit as well. I had a couple "relapses", haha. But just 2 for me in the last 3.5 weeks!

Congrats man.....My goal isn't to be completely smoke free, just not smoking regularly. If I smoke when i drink or socially like i did in high school that will be fine with me. Its just since I've been in college I've been smoking all day every day

lol probably......if there is another one within any close period of time....lasting 3 days on a campus where probably 1/2 the students smoke has been tough

Yeah, i know what you mean. I've walked to the gas station several times drunk just cuz i wanted a smoke that bad

I've been wanting a cig bad the last 2 days, but today hasn't been that bad

2 cigs or 2 packs? I had cut down and made myself make a pack last for almost 4 days and after that pack was gone I haven't had a cig since.

Thanks, its gettin easier the longer I go without a cigarette. I guess I haven't been smoking long enough to have a strong physical addiction, but I get envious every time I walk by a smoker, which happens at least 20x a day here

I enjoy smoking cigarettes a lot....and its hard to quit because its both addictive and habit forming. I don't know what to do with my hands walking to class or driving anymore. I just move my hands erratically because I'm not using them to smoke and i have no apparent use for them lol
