3 Brahma 15's in a Jeep Cherokee....good or bad???

As long as you have the electrical system to run that 2500D to its potential, I would do it.

i can do like 9 cubes with out going any higher than the seats at all in my cherokee.

Let's think about this one logically. You have 3 high output subwoofers in a high output enclosure using a high output amplifier in a vehicle with a lot of cabin gain.

NO, that setup will be hardly audible. You should have built a wall, upgraded to four 18" Tumults, and added another 2500D.
