if i did not have the stuff then your right, they dont cost much at all.

im going to use it with my tablet so i can fine tune my crossovers amp by amp.

 
radio shack had this cool little rectangle plastic board with 8 individual rca female plug in it - open back side - i ended up running 4 piece of wire with the insulator stripped from the back side - and soder to each + and - of the rca to make a daisy chain of 2 pairs of 4 rca all linked together.

i plan to use 1 pair as input from my line driver - and have 3 output to run to my amps... way cleaner than using rca y adapter cables like ive done in the past...
