Threw it in my old box for the BTL just for shits and giggles, and i like it. 4.5 cubes @ 33ish.
same box the btl was in....after the overratedness and box rise, i'd be confident in saying half the power....i'm not gonna state what i think about the two head to head b/c i'd probably get jumped immediately by the Fi nuthuggers...so opinions are up to you.

well i know that it worked...when the titebond gave out the baffle was slapping back and forth and there was a 1/8" gap of an air leak when it was at rest...

and i put a screw every 4-5" and now it sure holds together strong and doesn't leak any air....

Then I'd say that the joint wasn't set properly. It should be next to impossible to blow out a joint of woodglue, and screws won't help that.

Yea when glue is properly bonded it will rip the MDF into 'layers' not seperate into the two original pieces.
