Hopefully that liquid nails is the type for wood. Chemical bonds are infinately greater than physical ones.

Don't use liquid nails. Wood glue is the only thing you should be using. And before anyone else comes in here and says that I'm arrogant:

Titebond Original Wood Glue develops a bond stronger than the wood itself

Or more importantly:

If the edges of the wood have been properly prepared, the result will be a bond that's actually stronger than the wood. When a properly glued-up edge joint breaks, it breaks the wood, not the glue line.

Liquid nails does make a wood glue. However, i doubt thats what he uses //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

it was a while back but im almost positive it was the wood glue version.........been a few months and it's still fine so lets hope for the best (it was a b-day gift to him so he won't be out any $)

The point is, if you're not going to use any nails or screws, use wood glue. It will seriously outlast any other form of adhesive, regardless if you're using 1.99 elmer's carpenter glue over 15.99 loctite sumo glue. It's just superior.

Lol hooray for I DID PREDRILL! lol... I gotta get a longer bit tho. Haha PV knows the deal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.
It's not hella louder but it did give it that extra output that i was lookin for. And I had enough wood for the front baffle i just didnt feel like trying to cut out a 3" x 14.5" rectangle out of the baffle.

It does sound nice tho with only 300w ;P
You can make a small piece like that and use it as a port plug. So you can go sealed or ported //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Haha I ran out of titebond but i had some elmer's wood glue left over.

The screws I have are like 1 5/8" long lol. I'm just usin 'em til i run out. The box sounds great tho :p i love it.
