3 12" Kenwoods. How Big of a box?

Id put them all in sealed, those subs really do ****, ive used them.
All 4 in a sealed? I think I can get that to fit well in the space too, but I'd have to do something like 3 facing forward and 1 facing up, or 2 forward facing and 2 up.

What would be the better way to go?

1CUFT/Sub?

Also, those subs really do: Bang or suck?

Edit: guessing suck as that was edited?

Id put them all in sealed, those subs really do suck, ive used them also. They would bottom out and make mechanical noise with 600w to a pair sealed.
I gotcha. She likes them. I too am not much of a fan, but they are low and loud. The mechanical noise and defects doesn't bother her much. As long as the rattle her brain, and they do. They flex the body panels pretty good for 2. 1 pair are in a tiny sealed box, gotta be something like 1 CUFT per speaker, and another pair are in a ported box, probably something like 1.25-1.5 per speacker. She likes the sealed box better. Sounds deeper.

Yeah it doesn't take much to max them out. I replaced mine with some qpower 12s and it got alot louder and deeper same prefab sealed, same amp, about the same price. This was 8-10 years ago though

I edited my post, kenwood tornados are awful man, id put 250w each sealed, about 1-1.25. I had a pair on 600-650w and they bottomed out and popped in roughly 1.3 each sealed.
IDK, We've been pushing them to the max for about 2-3 months now, got em for the ladies brother-in-law, he had them pounding for about a year or so. I did have to do some spider reconstruction on 1 though, which is why she wanted 3, but I fixed the one and it sounds good again. They do put out some pretty good SPL too for what they are, and for 4 speakers, 2 boxes, and an amp for under 200 isn't a bad deal for a budget build.

She's happy with them so I'll let that be. Just trying to get the most out of what we got.
