Sold 2x JL audio amps for sale, 12" Eclipse Titanium

I have 2 JL Audio amps for sale:

Amp 1 is JL Audio e1400D, 400 watt monoblock, specs can be found here:

Amp 2 is JL Audio e4300, 300 watt 4 channel amp, specs can be found here:

both amps are barely used, and in absolutely perfect condition.

Last but def not least, i have a single 12" Eclipse Titanium, used for a few months.

this thing pounds, but with quality sound. 750w rms, 1500w peak, DVC 4ohm. Im sure most of you know something about this sub, more specs:

Im not exactly sure what i want to let this go for yet. im thinking around $275 shipped.

i realize im a complete noob to this website, but i have a pretty decent/reputable name on http://www.maxima.org, and all positives on ebay. Im sure some on maxima.org are on here and might vouch for me.... please?
