These amps have been tested on my bench and are guaranteed not to be DOA. No further warranty is expressed or implied. The item must be tested in no more than 5 days after receiving it -- do not e-mail me 2 weeks later... If you don't have the time or capability to test it within 5 days then don't buy here.
These amps were RATED @ 3000 watts RMS by Digital Designs. Many users have clamped 5k or more at around 1 ohm after actual impedance rise.
EXAMPLE CLAMP TEST FOUND ON ROE:
12 Volts:
4.6 ohms = 2279W
2.3 ohms = 3405W
1.15 ohms = 4188W
14,4 Volts:
4.6 ohms = 3042W
2.3 ohms = 4461W
1.15 ohms = 5358W
Quite a bit of testing is available on these - they were very popular in dB Drag when they were the newest thing from DD. Do some research on them - they are powerful amps. These are "Z1" and not "Z1A" - which was the newer version to replace them.
