each sub seeing 500w or less after rise. (They were built to take 2k)

the VFL 150.1 is rated at 150w at 4 and 2900w at 1...it is just underrated a tad...GLWS, OP

how do i put this..I trust AB equipment but they have always been a fierce competition oriented company and it is best to clamp them uself..lol ...I'll put it this way, the VFL's are beast amps.

I clamped several older and newer AB amps. The older ones seemed much stronger per their ratings to be honest. New ones are still good amps, not as under rated as everyone thinks though.

The 150.1 is not a 3k amp though.(not at 1 ohm or 14 volts at least) They are still great amps all the same and do plenty of power.

They put out power. and i will clamp if need be. The older gold flat heatsink versions were 1500rms iirc, these however are 3k rms before rise and voltage drop. Plus, they are .5 stable. Please dont fill my thread with false info. LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
