2x 12' JL w3's & Rockford 500BD Amp

A close friend came to me and said he wants me to hook him up with a system. He said he wants to know what I can get 2 12' JL Audio w3's and a rockford 500BD amp for? Any of you selling any of this or know where i can get it from for cheap? He wants to spend about $150 on the amp and $150 on the subs.
