2nd job interview monday at LONESTAR

Ok everyone I had an interview today and nailed it and got another interview on Monday at LONESTAR as a host. lol The Host Manager told me that the questions I will be asked is like what I would do in certain situation questions.

I know some of you have worked at a Lonestar or have experience at interviews. I had one at a Chili's and nailed it was told I had another interview, they never called they hired someone else. What dicks. What kind of questions will I be seeing guys. I really need this job.

 
sad part is even a job at mcdonalds is competitive these days due to there being a huge lack of work.

with it being a food service job. most of the questions asked will be in relation to customer service and how to deal with customer complaints, friendly service etc....

I'm sorry sir or mam I will get the manager and try to get this straightened out? I just don't think they are lookign for that? What do they want?

yes, but they want to know that you will do everything in your ability to solve the matter first.

just remember the "customer is always right" thing

 
lol yea... the customer is always right. Well here is a question I think might be asked

1) We have a waiting list about 30 minutes of wait. A person comes in and asks how long and you tell them 30 minutes. They get angry and ask to get in sooner.

A) I will tell them I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do to get it moving faster. I can give you a buzzer and I will buzz you when your table is ready.

Hows that.

tell them they can go wait at the bar and order some drinks while they wait

try that one. you can make them feel like you will try to get it sooner for them

tell them to take a seat at the bar and you will see if you can comp a free drink for the wait.

"The free drink comps are sodas."

But dont tell them that. Then when they are at the bar, the will order real drinks, thus begining to spend money even before they are seated.
