I wouldn't, not for something that can conciveably get stolen. If it gives you any idea, $2g would buy every bit of car audio equipment in my ride....

That's the wrong reason to NOT get it. You forget that YOUR CAR can get stolen -- not just a headunit.

If you see yourself taking FULL advantage of the IVA-D901 and pairing it with the PXA-H701 processor, then yes, get it.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about and just want it to look pretty and impress your friends, spend $2,000 elsewhere.

Well the difference being it's hard to do without a car anyway, I mean, conceivably someone can kill you so why make appointments or plan for the future. It's all about minimizing losses. I would rather have a $300 HU stolen with or without my car, than a 2g deck. Besides in my particular case, you MAY get my HU, but the whole car is another story.

Looks with quality behind it. For a price.

I have to throw in two cents for the 880PRS, it has looks with quality behind it. But mostly it just shows you're serious and focused on audio. And sometimes cheaper is better.

My car is not the kind of car regularly stolen, and I live in a lower crime area.

Its only worth it if the rest of your system can take advantage of it. If you are running rainbow profis on DLS amps or something along those lines, it may be worth it. If your hooking it up to audiobahn amps and 6x9's, its not.

i got a 9835 right now, sounds great except the fact that it keeps cutting out at high volumes, it works better now i turned my bass off my highs n mids, but still at 27-30 it shuts off which i think maybe my batt (hopefully)
