250 amp alt enough?

I would suppose so dude, I know people running 1 2000+w amp on a 80a alt and they are doin great, so it should be no problem man...thats my opinion though, I don't know all the technical crap associated with that, but hopefully it will so you don't have to buy another //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

 
Its a 77-F250 with a built 460 engine.

I'm running 2 Group 35(I think) Yellow Tops uinder the hood. Well if 250 amps won't be big enough 300 should be shouldn't it. I don't really want to run 2 alts

This is gona be my show/comp/daily truck.

I dont think that a single 250 will do, you have a HUGE power demand from your alone id bet, try and find a 300a.
