Ill try to keep it short. “Base 6 speaker system”. I upgraded my dash speakers with jl c2350x. Id like to keep the midrange dash speakers and also add jl c2650x in the doors and have a (3 way system) is this possible? More info:Currently running a jl 5 channel amp with subs. Front and rear door speakers are upgraded as well.

According to Crutchfield, those JLs won;t fit in your dash, can't see why, just what it says on their site. it says those JL's won;t fit in the doors either.

Why are you putting coaxial in the doors and in the dash, not a good thing to do. If you can the 3.5" coaxials to fit in the dash, leave them and add a component woofer in the door, no tweeter. If you still want to add rear fill you can put a pair of coaxial 6x9's in the rar doors.

What would be preferable is to skip the coaxial in the dash, run a set components upfront, tweeters in the dash corners, 5.25" to 6.5" midbass in the doors and a matching set of 6x9's in the rear. CDT and others like NVX are good products and don't cost nearly as much as the JL's

Here you go. I have a BNIB set of NVS "X" series comps and matching coaxial 6x9's that can be yours, for $225 shipped.
