21" Hertz

I may get flamed for this, oh well. What type of enclosure is that? And is there any particular reason it was chosen?
dont feel bad, it had me a little confused as well.

No flaming, We built the enclosure in 2 pcs. the base is a fiberglass unit built into the car, and the top plate is bolted to the base. So this enables us to take off the top plate and bolt on any variation of subs that we want. I can make this enclosure anywhere from 2.5' to over 14' simply by changing the top plate and adding sand bags if needed. We wanted something we could easily test different subs and sub combos in.

In it's present form it is simply a slot ported enclosure

That is awesome, & thanks for the explanation. Always good to learn something new. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

No problem,
This is the link to the origional build log, where we built the base, and you can see the other top plate that we started with. Hope it helps in understanding the madness.

That makes it a lot easier to understand. Those Critical Mass mids are sexy. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

Yea, they are actually some of the best midbass I have ever used.

sound is kinda screwed up, sorry. I realized that I used the wrong TS for the box design and have ended up with huge imp rise. So it metered high 130's but was only getting 600w

Anyways here is a short video.
