2019 Ram: Need help

Long time, first time. 

Love this forum. Excellent input. I really need some help here. 

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 w/ the basic 6 speaker setup. 4 door speakers that can fit 6x9. 2 dash that can fit 3-1/2. My Ram has the ANC(active noise cancelling) system. 

I would like to replace all stock speakers and add 2 subs and an amp with this box: https://www.supercrewsound.com/02ramCCdual.html

I want a nice setup, not top of the line, but not low budget. I want a good punch with the subs with rap music and also want good mids for the speakers when I listen to country.

Please give recommendations for speakers, sub and amp for this setup. Also, I would like to not mess with the ANC if that is possible.
