2019 Honda CRV Infotainment system

I have a new 2019 Honda CRV. I have made a very bad decision to go for a LX. What I hate it most now is that the infotainment screen size is only 5". I am not even able to see things clearly when I need to back up the car. Are there any systems available (at least 7" screen) on the after-market now that is available to replace the 5" unit that I have now?
